While many may fear the birthing process, there is no need for anxiety, especially when you feel confident and supported throughout your birthing time and delivery- this is something your body was created to do, and you can do it!

Studies show that when a woman is supported throughout birthing by a trained, professional female assistant called a doula, the process is tremendously more rewarding and enjoyable. Having a doula is an ancient tradition that has resurfaced in modern America as many western moms and dad desire an advocate, resource, and professional trained in comfort measures to accompany them through this extraordinary moment in their lives.
